Most owner-operators approach AI adoption either by ignoring it entirely or by trying too much at once.
I want to identify and prioritize the right AI applications for my business.
[Describe: your industry, annual revenue, number of employees,
the 5-8 most time-consuming or error-prone functions in your operations,
and any AI tools you are already using.]
Identify the AI use cases most relevant to my business profile and
evaluate each on two dimensions:
Dimension 1 -- Impact: what is the dollar value or time saving if this
use case is implemented well? (High / Medium / Low)
Dimension 2 -- Implementation difficulty: how hard is this to implement
given my size, technical capacity, and data readiness? (Low / Medium / High)
Plot every use case on an effort/impact matrix and give me:
-- Quick wins: high impact, low effort (start here)
-- Strategic investments: high impact, high effort (plan for quarter 2+)
-- Deprioritize: low impact regardless of effort
For the top 3 quick wins: give me the specific tool or method,
the time investment to implement, and what success looks like in 30 days.
