I run a family business.

Assess succession readiness across four dimensions:
1. Operational readiness -- can the business run without me for 90 days today?
What specifically breaks if I am absent?
2. Financial readiness -- is the successor financially equipped to buy in,
or is a gifting or estate strategy required? What are the tax implications
of each path?
3. Relational readiness -- where are the fault lines between family members
that could fracture during or after a transition?
4. Legal readiness -- what structures are missing: shareholder agreements,
buy-sell provisions, governance documents, updated wills?
For each dimension, give me a score of 1 to 5 with specific evidence and
the one action that would move each score up by 2 points.
